Using industry-standard design tools, including Bluebeam and 3D modelling, we develop clear layouts and system plans that integrate seamlessly with existing services and project requirements. This allows coordination with other disciplines and ensures installations are practical, efficient and aligned with the wider build or operational environment.

Each design is developed with performance, reliability and scalability in mind, ensuring the system delivers accurate detection, effective control and long-term value from the point of installation.Designed for a set number of years to protect big commitments like a mortgage, young children, or other time‑bound goals. You choose the term length and payout amount, and your loved ones receive a lump sum if something happens during that period.​

Installation & Commissioning

Our installation process is delivered by experienced engineers, ensuring all system components are fitted accurately and in line with the approved design and building requirements.

Sensors, control valves and monitoring devices are installed at key points across the water network, with careful coordination to minimise disruption and ensure integration with existing infrastructure. All works are carried out to a high standard, maintaining quality, safety and compliance throughout.

Commissioning is a critical stage of the process, where each system is configured, tested and validated to ensure it performs as intended. This includes setting monitoring parameters, calibrating flow detection, establishing alert thresholds and verifying automated control functions.

Before handover, the system is fully tested under operational conditions to confirm performance, reliability and responsiveness — ensuring it is ready to deliver immediate visibility, control and protection from day one.

Training & Support

Following installation and commissioning, we provide a structured handover to ensure the system is fully understood and ready for use. This includes clear documentation, system overview and practical training for key users, covering monitoring, alerts and control functions.

The platform is accessible across desktop and mobile devices, allowing users to monitor performance, receive notifications and respond to events in real time. Training ensures clients can confidently manage their system and make full use of its capabilities from day one.

Ongoing support is provided to maintain system performance and reliability, including technical assistance, system checks and guidance as requirements evolve. This ensures continued visibility, control and long-term protection of the building’s water infrastructure.
